  • This will vary per project & the design scope. Some examples may be change orders, travel fees, on-site check ins, etc.

  • Yes, we have a list of subcontractors that we trust and highly recommend due to their highly skilled work and our longstanding relationship.

  • Invoices are typically paid via check, bank / wire transfer, zelle or venmo. We also accept credit cards, though please note that processing fees may apply. If you prefer to use another method, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
